Unless a specific product page expressly provides a written service guarantee, we do not guarantee that a third party will not take action against an account.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction that was validly authorized, delivered, or performed, we may provide relevant order, delivery, communication, and transaction records to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
